Carmel Fire Protection Associates is a fire protection consulting firm specializing in providing fire prevention program services to fire departments and other public sector jurisdictions.

Founded in 1993, we have served the Central Coast of California with plan review and on-site inspection services as well as providing expertise in development and management of fire prevention programs for a variety of fire jurisdictions.

Art Black, founder and principal of Carmel Fire Protection Associates, is a nationally recognized authority on fire alarm codes and applications, and presents seminars on the subject for several national organizations.
