Join us for a heart-centered presentation designed to help you reconnect with yourself and embrace your life journey with greater acceptance and compassion. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and intention, we will explore the heart as a sacred space that holds deep wisdom. Discover how to tap into your heart’s intuition, cultivate self-healing practices, and take meaningful steps toward end-of-life preparedness with clarity and peace. Facilitated by Heidi Laber—a mindful intuitive coach, Reiki healer, and yoga instructor with 32 years of experience—this session offers tools to move beyond self-perceived limitations and foster a more fulfilling life. Heidi is also a birth and death doula and author of The Superpower Playbook. She is passionate about helping others deepen their connection to inner guidance and live with purpose.
