Join the celebration as Dance Kids of Monterey County presents its twenty-fifth anniversary performance of Nutcracker. Adults and children of all ages enjoy the beauty of the Sunset Center and the opportunity to be captivated by the lure of Tchaikovsky's music, performed by Monterey County Pops! orchestra, and the magic of over 100 dancers. Be charmed by the tiniest four-year old Shepherdess Doll, swept away by the corps d'ballet, breathless with the performance of the Arabian duet, and overwhelmed by the grace of the Sugar Plum Fairy. The youngsters in the audience will delight to the antics of the Mouse King as he defends his troops in fierce battle against the handsome Nutcracker Prince. Dance Kids' production has something for every member of the family.
