Mondays Aug 12-26, 7-9pm
Yoga is much more than just supporting the health of our physical body. The eight limbs of yoga integrates practices to regulate stress, bring clarity and ease of mind, and balance with self and spirit. The wisdom of yogic philosophy shines light onto the crooked path of life; helping to guide our way so that we can find grace in our journey.
This series will include meditation, breathwork, yoga postures, discussion, and journaling to support living our yoga on and off the mat.
Week 1: The Yamas & Niyamas
Week 2: Finding steadiness during challenges Week 3: Living life in wholeness.
Open to all levels of students.
Prior yoga experience not necessary. Tuition: $95

Laura has been a practitioner of yoga and teacher for many years. She first started yoga to heal an injury and it has been part of her life ever since. Through her teachers she learned a strong foundation for healthy practice and how to support your own body. She loves sharing with students how to find freedom and ease in moving their bodies.
