Limited to 6 people, participants will work in the kitchen of Aubergine directly with Pastry Chef Yulanda Santos in the Pastry Classes as the chef teaches a variety of essential cooking techniques, use of ingredients,and professional knowledge that can turn an ordinary dish into a real star. Pastry Classes take place from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The cost is $125 per person, per class, plus service fee and tax. Reservations are required and may be made by calling 831-622-5909.
