This Christmas, enjoy the holidays with special additions to Shearwater Tavern’s menu, running from Dec. 24 through Dec. 27, along with your favorites like Parker House Rolls and the Hanger Steak. Or try new hits, like the Seared Seabass with black lentils, melted leeks, maitake mushrooms and a citrus beurre blanc. 

Special additions for Christmas: 

  • Shareables & Soups
    ?-     Crispy Brussels Sprouts: Pancetta, roasted cranberries and a maple-mustard glaze.
    -     Roasted Chestnut Bisque: Saba and toasted almonds. 

  • Large Plates
    -     Prime Rib: Potato purée, haricot vert and horseradish au jus.
    -     Wild Mushroom Ravioli: Sage and brown butter, toasted hazelnuts, crispy sage and nutmeg.
