Attorney Marc Eisenhart will give an engaging and informative PowerPoint presentation on one of his legal specialties, Financial Elder Abuse. He will discuss common red flags of financial elder abuse, legal definitions and protections, role of attorneys in detection and prevention, steps to take when abuse is suspected, preventative legal strategies and Q & A. Marc Eisenhart is a founding partner of Gates Eisenhart Dawson, a civil litigation firm with offices in San Jose and Monterey. Throughout his nearly 30-year career, Marc has tried dozens of cases, litigating civil and probate matters covering a broad range of subjects including financial elder abuse, fraud, commercial and consumer contract and real estate disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty cases of all kinds, from close familial transactions to internal corporate and partnership disputes.
