Name: Carmel Foundation Wednesday Program: Finding Deeper Meaning Walking the Camino De Santiago De Compostela
Date: June 25, 2025
Time: 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM PDT
Event Description:
Join us for an inspiring presentation about El Camino de Santiago, one of the world’s most famous pilgrimage routes. For over a thousand years, people from all walks of life have traveled this ancient path across Spain in search of reflection, connection, and purpose.
Maria Keilman-Heublein, a retired psychotherapist and longtime Pacific Grove resident, has walked the Camino every year since 2022. Originally from Peru and an immigrant to the U.S. since 1976, Maria will share her personal journey—what drew her to the Camino, the challenges and joys she experienced, and how the pilgrimage has brought deeper meaning to her life.
Whether you're curious about travel, spirituality, self-discovery, or just love a good story, this talk promises to uplift and inspire.
