Presented by Richard Blut, MBA, is Owner and Director of Operations at BrightStar Care of The Monterey Peninsula. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and administration, including work with a major hospital system. Also presenting, Kathleen Stinchcombe, RN, BSN, is Director of Nursing at BrightStar Care and brings over 25 years of nursing experience. She has spent the past seven years providing home health care on the Monterey Peninsula.
