Want to feel more connected to those around you? Ever notice how it feels to do acts of kindness? Do you fall into a rut of negative self talk?
Is it easy to lose sight of the gifts in your life?
 
Learn and practice techniques that have been shown to increase happiness. Through mindful movement, mindfulness activities, and intentional living begin to develop presence and increase your sense of well being. Topics include positive thinking, compassion, kindness, gratitude, and human connection as ways to boost happiness.
Deb is a yoga, mindfulness, and physical education educator who believes in the power of the mind and body to transform lives. Her journey as a soccer player to yoga lover, from body image struggles to self acceptance has driven her career. Deb guides others to feel grounded, strong, and balanced. A parent, poet, traveler and chocolate lover, Deb swears by the power of her morning rituals to approach crowded classrooms and never ending to do list with grace.
