16th Annual Celebration of Gratitude

Interfaith Outreach of Carmel (IOC) and volunteers at Joining Hands Benefit Shop will present the 16th Annual Celebration of Gratitude, a multicultural interfaith celebration featuring storytelling, poetry readings, prayers, and live music from the community on Nov. 17.
IOC is an organization of faith communities dedicated to reducing homelessness in Monterey County.
The free event, which is open to the public, will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17, at the Carmel Mission Basilica, 3080 Rio Road, in Carmel-by-the-Sea, and features the Carmel Mission Basilica Schola Cantorum, The Monterey Peninsula Gospel Community Choir and short presentations from the interfaith community.
A coffee/tea dessert reception will follow the program.
